We are looking for a Director of Finance, Global Revenue Operations (Finance RevOps) to join our growing company (The position will be reporting to the VP of Finance).

We are seeking an experienced leader who is a process-driven and motivated by the challenges that come with a scaling financial processes approach in fast-growing companies. The successful candidate will manage our growing Deal Desk, Billing and Collection operations and Commissions & Analysis in an entrepreneurial tech environment.

The Finance RevOps will implement new Revenue streams, support geo-expansion and M&A, develop and maintain Finance and Business KPIs, playbooks, policies, processes, procedures, assurance, validations and control designs to leverage and streamline scalable, efficient, and measurable global operations of quotes, billing, collection, and commissions cycles throughout the organization. Strategically, the Finance RevOps will lead a deep understanding of the finance domain as well as being a business partner to the Go-To-Market organizations and enable the Go-To-Market strategy. They will interface directly with the senior leadership team and will use their entrepreneurial drive to develop great solutions, working independently with various stakeholders and creating high visibility and expertise throughout the organization.

What will you do?

●     Hire, manage, and expand our global Deal Desk, Billing & Collection operations, and Commissions & Analysis teams (currently 18 people)

●     Build and maintain scalable processes and policies that support the business, the company’s KPIs, Month End Close processes, finance requirements, and compliance

●     Support M&A and new revenue streams to enable smooth cross-functional business processes

●     Work closely with Commercial Legal and MIS to maintain and leverage business processes and tools

●     Communicate, educate, and align the business units on processes, policies, and tools

●     Develop Quote to Cash KPIs, analyze data and processes, identify risks and opportunities, and formulate recommendations for improvement

●     Work closely with the Director of Finance and the accounting team to ensure alignment between billing and revenue recognition processes

●     Serve as a solid business partner to key stakeholders and build processes to support various business teams

●     Work with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders on special projects

 

Requirements

Requirements

●     12+ years in a managerial role, including at least 5 years in a finance operation management role at an Enterprise or fast-growing tech company 

●     Deep knowledge of Quote to Cash processes and Sales Operation

●     Deep understanding of Finance processes. Significant advantage - SaaS business experience

●     Structured analytic thinking, you’re a strategic thinker who is proficient in SOX processes

●     System orientation and methodological approach; Ability to solve technical problems

●     An assertive individual; prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner and communicate with all levels management; Strong interpersonal skills

●     Experience in implementation processes of CRM, ERP and complementary tools

●     High attention to details

●     Expert in Excel

●     Fluent in English
