About the position:

As Partner Manager in DACH, you will play a pivotal role in running and shaping our channel partnership programs, supporting the company’s fast growth and revenue objectives. Being measured on revenue related KPI’s, you will have full responsibility and accountability for the success of the partnership program in the DACH region. The position will be part of the business development organisation, reporting to the leader of our EMEA partner programs.

What will you do:

  • Manage existing, and help discover new channel partnerships (including tech/ISV, HR advisories, Service Partners, etc.), with the goal of increasing revenue opportunities in the region through lead generation, brand awareness and advocacy
  • Identify, prioritise and reach out to relevant partners in the region
  • Engage with the relevant partners, convey the value of HiBob for the partner, and onboard them to the program
  • Manage the day to day relationship with partners to drive lead generation activities and orchestrate the relationship between the partner to relevant positions in the GTM organisation (Sales, Marketing)
  • Collaborate with regional marketing manager on marketing assets and activities which are relevant to the partners in the region
  • Enable local partners on our solution, including collaborating with HiBob’s enablement team to build relevant materials
  • Create presentations that help communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain organisational buy-in and drive forward execution 

Requirements


  • Demonstrable experience in managing and exploring channel sales / tech partner programs in SaaS companies
  • Ability to speak both German and English fluently is essential.
  • Knowledge of partner referral programs
  • Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus
  • Capable of independently leading external partner conversations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment
