About the role

The Director of Product Marketing, GTM Lead will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for specific customer segments, including SMB, MidMarket, Enterprise, US and International regions. This role focuses on positioning, messaging, and creating sales and marketing assets tailored to each segment to drive market penetration and sales success. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and marketing executives and manage a team of product marketers to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging frameworks for enterprise, mid-market, SMB, US channel, and international channel segments.
  • Create compelling pitch decks and sales presentations tailored to each segment's unique needs and value propositions.
  • Define and implement the go-to-market motion for each segment in collaboration with sales and marketing executives.
  • Publish and communicate the buyer journey and personas to sales teams
  • Lead initiatives to create value messaging playbooks for the GTM teams.
  • Develop, test, and implement these playbooks to ensure consistent and effective communication of value propositions across all segments and regions.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive suite of sales assets for every step of the buyer journey, including segment-specific pitch materials, pricing proposals, champion decks, and mutual action plans.
  • Lead the development of GTM strategies and plays for segment-targeted add-on products.
  • Validate minimum sellable products and narratives by segment in partnership with product and sales leadership.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive library of messaging for always-on demand generation efforts by segment. Work closely with Demand Generation and Corporate Marketing to run message testing and optimize these efforts.
  • Own website content promoting HiBob’s value for a particular segment (for instance, “HiBob for Small Businesses”
  • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to maximize their performance and career growth.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Head of Sales to develop, test, and roll out corporate pitch decks and partner with Enablement to ensure 100% certification of reps on new pitches.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies for various customer segments.
  • Experience working hand in hand with B2B sales teams and executives, proving measurable success with sales assets and training 
  • Demonstrated success with marketing messaging and nurture for specific segments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience leading complex projects to completion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
