As HiBob’s Senior Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing a diverse range of events. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement event strategies aligned with HiBob’s objectives and to ensure that each event leaves a lasting impression on our target audience. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, attracting new leads and driving pipeline, and nurturing relationships with existing prospects and customers.

About you:

Willing to travel - and at times, overseas - you will thrive in the fast paced nature of events planning and scale up life. You know your way around a marketing team to get things done and love the creativity and satisfaction of a flawless event execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution - Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive event plans that align with business goals. Coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, staffing, catering, and audio-visual arrangements.

  • Trade Shows and Conferences: in line with the Regional strategy, identify relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to participate in. Manage the end-to-end process of participating in these events, including booth design, promotional materials, and working with the Regional team to develop Demand Generation strategies
  • Webinars and Virtual Events: Where required and/or supporting the virtual events manager, to plan and execute engaging webinars and virtual events to showcase our HiBob’s solutions, educate potential customers, and demonstrate thought leadership.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up: Implement lead capture methods during events and ensure timely follow-up to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on return on investment (ROI) for each event.
  • Event Success Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each event and analyze post-event data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an events professional, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company, with a focus on HR-related events as an extra bonus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and event attendees.
  • Creative mindset to develop innovative event concepts and experiences.
  • A data-driven approach to analyze event performance and make data-backed decisions for future events.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Extra consideration will be given to those that have experience with Salesforce, Marketo and/or Asana
