About Us

The Customer Success Enablement team at HiBob is responsible for preparing and empowering our Bobbers to become Bob champions and trusted advisors to our customers, driving adoption and growth to our customer village. 

About You 

The CS Product Enablement Manager is experienced in creating product learning and training of products, and is knowledgeable in HR tech products. Your role is to ensure that the CS are champions on all product aspects, as relevant to their required role and level. 

What will you do? 

  • Orchestrate, create and deliver Product knowledge in a way that the different teams can work with and benefit from. 
  • Write content for product knowledge materials and competencies. 
  • Own the readiness of all CS teams on all aspects of the product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product updates, features, and best practices to incorporate into training materials.
  • Plan and provide product launch and release training, as well as incorporate them into existing product training materials. 
  • Master technical aspects of the product, and translate technical details into value and storytelling.  
  • Support the creation of resources.  
  • Create and run various certifications for teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement strategies and tools, adapting as needed to meet changing business and team needs.

The CS Product Enablement Manager is

  • Masters technical aspects of products, and the ability to translate them into value and storytelling.  
  • A great team player, with full ownership of the work that needs to be done. 
  • Organized, meticulous. 
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask. We work on a global team with multiple projects with various deadlines and details.
  • Keen to learn from others, while focusing on creating training materials and programs for others to learn from. 
  • Results minded and a knack for finding the measurable. 
  • Flexible, open minded and willing to grow, evolve and develop with us. 

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience leading Product Enablement efforts in the HR tech space, preferably with Payroll products. 
  • Experience of work in Global SaaS environments, of over 1000 employees. 
  • Experience in mastery of technical aspects of products, and translating them into value and storytelling.  
  • Experience in customer facing roles, preferably in global organisations. 
  • Prior experience in Product training building and executing is essential.
  • Experience working with platforms, tools and processes for training. 
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational, documentation, and time-management skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with Project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, Highspot) - preferred
  • Multi-lingual - preferred
