Hofy integrates with HiBob to automate the import of employee data and save its customers hours of mundane administrative work in setting up their employees with IT equipment.
Streamline your onboarding experience by automatically creating a new user in Hofy when a candidate is hired in HiBob. Use Hofy’s rules engine to assign the candidate to a Hofy team, saving hours of administration time.
Setting up the interface:
- Navigate to HR Integration and click on ‘Connect HR System’
- Select ‘Hibob’ from the list of HR providers
- Review the requested permissions and click ‘Continue’
- Enter your HiBob Client ID and HiBob Client secret and click ‘Submit’
- Your Hofy and HiBob accounts are now linked!
- The employee data transferred from HiBob to Hofy includes:
- first name
- last name
- gender
- status
- hire date
- created at
- team
