How it Works:

Through a standard integration template and daily API requests, Vistra automatically extracts and syncs payroll-relevant data from HiBob—including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, and job changes. These updates are validated and fed into Vistra’s middleware platform, ensuring up-to-date and compliant payroll processing across all countries. Setup involves a simple configuration process, requiring only the creation of a Vistra Service User with appropriate permissions, and Vistra’s integration team supports clients through every step of the implementation.
